Liverpool have reportedly placed a £72 million (€85 million) valuation on Cody Gakpo as speculation surrounding the Dutch forward’s future continues.
According to Anfield Watch, the Reds have used Anthony Gordon’s recent move to Barcelona as a benchmark when assessing Gakpo’s market value.
If accurate, the valuation sends a clear message to any interested clubs: Liverpool will not allow one of their senior attackers to leave on the cheap.
